    Upper Echelon is the evolution of Delta Survival School, dedicated to empowering individuals, teams, and families through training in personal safety, survival skills, and unique experiences.

  2. What types of programs do you offer?
    We provide training and events across five categories:

    • Personal Safety: Urban, wilderness, and hostile environment survival skills, firearms training, and self-defense.

    • Corporate: Team-building events and Personal Safety Protocols (PSP).

    • Kids & Families: Family survival workshops and holiday camps for kids.

    • Private Custom Events: Tailored experiences like survival-themed birthdays or bachelor parties.

    • Adventures & Retreats: International expeditions for families, individuals, and groups.

  3. Where can I find your Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy?

Personal Safety Programs

  1. Are the programs beginner-friendly?
    Most programs are beginner-friendly. Advanced courses, like Immersion programs, require prior experience. All participants should have a basic fitness level; the challenges are more mental than physical as they push you outside your comfort zone.

  2. What equipment do I need for the courses?
    Each course description lists required equipment. You can bring personal gear to use or test alongside the essentials.

  3. Do I need prior survival or self-defense experience?
    For most programs, no prior experience is needed. However, advanced courses, like hostile environment survival or combat firearms training, may benefit from some familiarity with the skills.

 

Corporate Programs

  1. What corporate programs do you offer?
    We provide:

    • Team-Building Events: Activities designed to strengthen teamwork and collaboration.

    • Personal Safety Protocols (PSP): Training for employees in high-risk roles or night shifts, focusing on safety and self-protection.

  2. How are corporate events customized?
    Corporate programs can be tailored to your team’s specific needs, whether it's survival skills, leadership development, or situational awareness.

  3. What is your payment policy for corporate events?
    A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the full amount due one month before the event. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid upfront via bank transfer.

 

Kids & Families

  1. What programs do you offer for kids?

    • Kids Holiday Camps: Five-day programs during holidays with unique survival themes each day and certifications at the end.

    • Family Survival Workshops: Activities where families learn survival skills together, building teamwork and strengthening their bond with nature.

  2. What age groups are these programs for?
    Kids’ programs are designed for ages 8 and up, while family programs are suitable for participants of all ages.

 

Private Custom Events

  1. What types of private events do you offer?
    We organize survival-themed birthdays, bachelor parties, and other custom events based on your preferences.

  2. Is there a limit on group size?

    • Overnight courses: Max 15 participants.

    • Day-only events: Up to 30 participants.

  3. How far in advance should I book a custom event?
    We recommend booking at least one month in advance to allow time for planning and customization.

 

Adventures & Retreats

  1. What are Adventures & Retreats?
    These are guided expeditions and retreats to international destinations like Lapland, Greece, Spain, and Portugal. Programs focus on personal growth, resilience, and outdoor challenges.

  2. Who are these programs suitable for?
    They are designed for families, individuals, and groups seeking adventure, personal development, and unique experiences.

  3. How many participants can join Adventures & Retreats?
    Group sizes are capped at 15 participants to ensure quality and a personalized experience.

 

Safety, Policies, and Payment

  1. What safety measures are in place during courses?
    We provide insurance to protect participants during the course. However, all participants must sign a liability waiver before attending. For international trips, participants are required to have their own travel insurance.

    • For corporate events: A 30% non-refundable deposit with the full amount due one month before the event, or full upfront payment via bank transfer.

    • For other activities: Full payment online during booking. In special cases, a 30% reservation payment may be accepted.
